I kind of like "Wedding Feast." It's funny.
But lyrical wise, "Sexy Dancer" is by far the dumbest song he's ever written and I'd say it even ranks amongst the dumbest songs ever released by a major record company. All he does is say "Sexy Dancer" throughout the whole song. How creative... BLEEP BLEEP! | |

one of the many questions i have about this big universe we live in... why does it sometimes snow in the springtime? why are the days gettin shorter nowadays? how the fuck did prince come up with the lyrics to "sexy dancer"? ...then again, i don't really care for the lyrics (or the lack thereof, it's a pretty scant song). the music's what got me into the song in the first place.  | |

"Jughead" isn't all bad in my opinion. The vocals suck, but the music itself is everything Prince.
"Dolphin" is fine "Gangster Glam" on the other hand, is cringe-worthy, dated, icky. | |

DUMB:
"Annie Christian" "Jughead" "Push" "Animal Kingdom". I want da funk, not lectures about vegetarianism. and pick a handful from the "New Power Soul" album which IMHO is the worst of them all. "Wedding Feast" is like a crap bit from an operetta "We Gets Up" ... no we dont! Not dumb: "Dolphin". Lyrics are stupid but if you forget them IMHO its a fantastic melody. With different lyrics, that would have been a number one hit. "Cream" ... mmm licky sticky goodness "Poom Poom" ... not great but it fonky "Sexy Dancer" ... lapdance music heh heh | |
