Depends how you look at it. If it doesn't have "Guess who's knockin'" I would say it was too much.However, I am lucky enough to have bought a 2nd pressing of this for £10 at the NPG shop many years ago, and downloaded the missing track.
There is no way I'd pay that sort of money for a CD, no matter how rare. I'd buy a bootleg or just DL, but everyone has their reasons.
Some days the "normal" version goes for more than this on ebay, sometimes less.
If you are a completist, you will be disappointed if this is not a first release.
Sounds to me that you already know the answer.
