Just to let you guys know, Purple Rain was a featured album on last Saturdays "Critical List" show on Radio2. The show is basically music journo Stuart Maconie featuring "must have" albums.

Didnt get around to listening to the show myself, but you can listen to the show from the radio2 website - bbc.co.uk/radio2 and selecting "The Critical List" page.
