My 2 year old knows O(+>

I ordered a prince pendant from NPGMC and received it in the mail yesterday. My daughter, who turns 2 today, was pointing to it so I showed it to her and said "Prince" and she repeated it! Today when I put it on she pointed at it again and said "Prince" all by herself!! I am so proud!!! touched

Oh, and when my daughter was three, she used to scream along with Prince on Endorphinemachine when I'd take her somewhere in my car...

*Sniff*...so much talent at such a young age... sad

My aunt always sings out loud the full lyrics of "Head" when she goes shopping ... she's like 73 but it's still her favourite song. The sweetheart!

My granddaughter likes Prince, however she like to tease me.

I'll be listening to Prince or looking at pictures from the web site and she'll say "Nana is that Michael Jackson"?

When I scream "No" she cracks up. If nothing or no one else she knows Prince.

Yes, well, unfortunately I have to compete with her mother in the music category. Her mother listens to all that modern hip-pop crap and my daughter likes to sing and sometimes dance along with it. She hasn't picked up on Prince's music like that yet but I'm working on it. I'm not too concerned yet since she's still young and impressionable and hasen't learned to think for herself yet. I'm sure when she starts to form her own judgments and opinions she'll be just like her old man and come to realise that Prince is an untouchable musical god.

PS-One of my daughters first words was 'Lovesexy'. touched

Same here, my daughter will be 2 on Dec. 7th. And she knows him when she sees his picture. She really surprised me one morning, she usually listens to her little nursery rhyme cd. So I asked her did she want to hear G. O. which is what she calls B.I.N.G.O. she tells me "no Prince. So I asked her "you want to hear Prince"? she says "yeah". I was like ok. So I put Rave into the CD player. I am also very proud. Of course I don't listen to none of the explicit stuff around her, cause she will repeat everything she hear.
