I was thinking about something;What if we hadn't heard all that we have of Prince music.What if I had the power to take a large quantity of songs to create a really interesting album of these tracks based on ,at least, a slight sound connection and a really interesting mix?

I chose to try and make a single cd ,but that wasn't possible.So,I made something which I think is really cool and shows a broad range of Prince's worka nd I leaned heavily on deep funk.Sonically,I think the collection makes sense and doesn't sound like a for you song next to a new power soul song,for instance.

Its got it all...Experimental, Inspirational, Simplicity, Fun, Imperfections, Emotional, Fun, Sad, Mysterious, and without a doubt Ahead of the game..


Next time he'd in the studio, he needs to remember NOT to make the greatest album, or something that sells.. just do what comes naturally, even if it goes beyond or past beliefs superstitions or any of that crap that has built a wall around his writing methods.. just be.. simply Prince. nothing more.
