I noticed that on Track 3, towards the end of the song, it sounds like Prince is saying, "Chord, chord, chord". Has anybody else noticed this?

It has vocal sounds towards the end of the buildup before the change in track three. They're pretty clear. The album is still instrumental though!

At what time in Track 3 can you hear "Chord, chord, chord"?

I just listened to Track #3 on N.E.W.S. again this morning on the way to work. The part where Prince says, "Chord, chord" is about 8 minutes and 14 seconds into the song. Make sure you have your headphones up and volume turned up a little in order to be able to catch it. Right before he says, "Chord", you can hear him say, "Oh!" in there. Very cool; it sounds like Prince was really getting into the song he and his band were playing.
