I called there once and got as far as speaking to one of his assistants. I asked if I could send a "business proposal" to Paisley Park. I was told yes. I sent it, and never heard another word from Paisley Park.

I never was able to get through again after that first call. The next time I called, there was only an answering machine accepting calls.

I knew the person in charge of throwing out ALL fanmail.

I've written once to give my condolances about the baby. I actually got a reply (from someone... not sure if it was him though???). I put some cheesy line in my original letter saying "I bet u $5 u don't read your own mail" and in the reply it said "Well u owe me $5 because u bet money I don't read my own mail. Why wouldn't I? It has my name on it!" Pretty impressive. It was handwritten. Even if it was just an assistant, I was chuffed to get a reply.

Wrote to Paisley Park? Nope. I do know someone who bought a bottle of bleu cheese salad dressing and left it in one of the trees by the main gate back in 2000, though.
