Just won 8 for £5 on ebay. Will I be dissapointed or blown away?

I remember the closing track on 8. 'twas alright. As for not remembering the others - is it my fault they failed to make an impression? shake

That's ridiculously cheap for an original! Is it vinyl/cd?
If CD, I think it may be a cdr - this usually goes for many times that amount. Or maybe you were just extremely lucky!

I guess that's vinyl right? wink

I love both the released Madhouse albums a lot, especially 16, it's one of my favourite PP albums.

Fourteen is one of my all time fav. Prince tracks.

I got it on cassette. Not the world's greatest format but I'd seen the CD prices & thought "Sod that". Not seen the vinyl crop up. The auction closed last night and I was out at the time, so I was convinced someone would outbid me whilst I was out. Imagine my surprise when I crawled in later & found I had Madhouse.

I've got the cdr's of both these albums, with quite good
copy booklets of the original artwork. It's hard to tell
it's a copy at all.

They cost me $4,- each. A friend got them for me at some
recordfare. Called me up and said "hey, there's some cdr
in the Prince section of a weird group, do you know what
this is?"

And I just screamed "Buy me a dozen copies!".

Luckily, they only had one of each album lol

I had both 8 & 16 on CD and got them both for about $15 years ago, sold them recently for like $80 each so I am not complaining wink

they are great , I like 8 more, very funky stuff
but 16 is cool too, just different
Hard to believe I've been on the org for over 25 years now!

Me three!

It's funny, my memories of listening to the 8 album when it first came out make me like the album moreso than the actual music on it. I like the music on 16 better, but I enjoy 8 more...if that makes sense...
