Clothing Designers, Who makes Prince's boots? Does anyone knows the company Anybody here know the company contracted to make his boots? I wonder if they make a similar boot with a 1 1/2 inch cuban heel so that taller guys can get a nice dress boot. I'd love to have that style with a smaller heel. __________________________________________________

Hidden deep in my years and years worth of Prince articles and interviews is an article on his boot maker and shirt maker!, who were based in London. I am sure that he stopped using them due to his non use of animal products. I'll try and dig it out!!. | |

I know he had some made from a guy in NYC. My boyfriend does costumes for William Ivey Long and when he was out getting some things from a costume house he saw a pair of princes boots in this guys shop that he had made. They were red heels with the steel bat toe and batman zipper pulls... | |
