What can ya'll tell me about the song - R U Horny?

So I got this song here: R U Horny? I was under the understanding that it was some Prince bootleg. But now I'm not so sure. I'm fairly certain it's not him singing...but Prince has other peple do his songs sometimes. Anyway, I Googled the song and found a FEW boots with the song on it, but anyone have more info?
