Multi-million sellers tend to get remastered treatment, and artistic greats like SOTT. This is bullshit i reckon. Well this exact article was posted a few weeks back on this very forum and hit with our typical skepticism. Who knows if it's true or not, could be one of those wishful things that has started to gain some steam, could be a leak... who the fuck really knows? When they were getting ready to fire up the third year of the club, they asked what our suggestions or wishes were and many people, myself included, asked for all previous club material on CD... here comes the Invasion... could be progress, no? Here is where I start to say this is not unprecedented. Don't know if there are any other Motley Crue fans out there, but a few years back they did the exact same thing. They reissued every one of their albums with the liner notes, pictures and at least 4 new songs from that era on each CD. Some of their albums were not great movers , but they did it and were successful. It was great to get some of the leftovers that circulated on boots for years. I have to say, if this is true... big IF... then my wife is going to one pissed off gal next year. Think of the possibilities for poverty... whew! Time will tell my friends... in the interim... I'm really bored! " I miss Boob and Minneronto!" TIME IS THE KEY & IS MORE CLOSE THAN U THINK EVER!!

We were wondering what the hell this meant... unil i read this thread, then it clicked  If Prince really did say this then that is the strongest evidence yet. Hmmm, I'm getting way more excited about this than I feel like I should, considering all the rumors I've heard over the years.
If true, I hope the extra tracks are on separate discs from the albums, rather than interspersed - that way, we have full, remastered and unadulterated editions of his albums. Funny, I'm actually more excited by early albums like For You and Prince than by some of the later ones. OK, now I won't get excited about this again until I hear more news. | |

Alright, one more thing.
Hopefully Graffiti Bridge would be only the Prince tracks. That would show what a great album that really could be. Don't believe me? Burn Prince's tracks on a blank CD - it's 1000 times better. | |
