A Prinz with a new neck so it doesn't have the ugly headstock-pretty smart.

There's no leopard skin pick guard on it. What's going on here? 'Tis like gumbo without the EXTREMELY important crab meat.

This one is crap. Prince bought one of the first tele knock offs. It was a expensive guitar to make (the wood & pickups) even for Hohner's crappy stuff. But that guitar was an exception. They tried to get P- to endorse the guitar but he wouldn't, but the re-released the guitar as the "Te-Prinz". Prince never used a "te-Prinz". THey are fairly common. Thats what you always see on Ebay...but all they are, are knock-offs of the better model they made in the late 70's. Which was a knock off of a Fender Tele. You could usually tell by the pickguard, the wood source, & the text on the headstock. The "Te-Prinz" has that 80's looking font, the Hohner Tele has a more modest standard Hohner logo.
