Great fucking Idea!! He seems to have a better understanding of Prince's sound and style, It seems like Prince himself has forgotten. It would be nice to having Prince singing falsetto over those tracks.

Actually, I think this debate begs a larger question: what would be the outcome if P was produced by another person?

Dre3K and P would be interesting, and I've thought about what that would sound like 2, but then I realize that P will never allow another producer in the studio (closest he came was W&L).

not really, he would probably just be quoting prince's own ideas back to him, lol. it could probably be interesting, andre knows how to make old shit modern again (and he does have some inventive ideas of his own), whereas prince just sounds old, so they could come up with something half-decent.

of course, prince would never do that. id rather see prince work with someone a little more left field though, that would push him more.
