I would say that the new album will appear before Christmas. If a video is already being filmed for one of the tracks, then the whole thing can't be far away.

No new album before Christmas.
It will be after Christmas.
After New Years.
Feb or March at the earliest.

I doubt there will be a proper new album before christmas.
First quarter next year is far more likely.
