Secondly..I do not know Shelia E personally. Ok now with that said...let me continue... I know everyone has heard about the Family Jamm! coming up in December...well I bid on one of the VIP packages and won!!! Today I recieved a call from Sheila E thanking me for my bid and support of the LIL' Angel Bunny charity. Ok...This is the part that I wanted to share with you all. Many people seem to think that the money is going to go towards all the administration fees and things like that...However here is the kicker..this entire thing is being put together by 4 people and all of the artists have agreed to perform for free. For some reason she said that they have been unable to get any large companies to back them, which I find a little strange but then again I had to think about how the system really works. This charity is a very worthwhile cause..and they really only have the fans to back them in all this. So if u haven't done so already u might want to check out her site www.sheilae.com. I know I will be sending in my support for this charity from now on..concert or not. See you all at the show! | |
