When? If prince.org were to be made idiot proof, someone would just invent a better idiot.

I love Now, it's one of my top 20 Prince songs. If I had a breakdancing Robot, he would be programmed to dance ONLY to Now and to crush the throat of anyone who dared play something else for him. ~ I'D BUY THAT FOR A DOLLAR ~

One of my favorite songs ever. It really re-ignited my interest in Prince. It means a lot to me.

It's also one of my favorite songs lyrically. Not nessicarily his most meaningful writing, but it's just so damn cool. ~ I'D BUY THAT FOR A DOLLAR ~

I loved the version on "The Beautiful Experience" TV special with Nona Gaye - That was damn funky!
Disapointed with the version that ended up on The Gold Experience. Like it, but not as much as The Beautiful Experience version Xperience the Peach & Black Podcast: http://peachandblack.podbean.com/

This album re-ignited my interest in Prince. I know I have mentioned this many times before, but from 1992 to 1994 I totally ignored what the guy did. It was when a friend sent me a tape with the gold experience songs on it (before it was released) when I started caring about the guy again. NOW was definitely one of the highlights on there. A funky and fun little track.

I just can't get enough of his vocals on this song! All the yelling and the attitude, I really miss that. Rather than sounding angry and weird, it actually made his music more fun and playful.

seriously ian?... i never knew this Yes- "Now" reaffirmed my love of Prince's current events after 1992. I didn't really like "Come" all that much at the time, but when I saw the Soul Train performance in '94, I NEEDED to have that song.

"Now" is awasome. That base line is kicking.
If any of you ever listened to Jim Rome in th Jungle, I think they play a sample from "Now" for their bumber music some times. If any of you have heard it and confirm or correct me, that would be cool.

I kinda like it, but the chorus reminds me of when New Kids On The Block attempted rap.

I heard him play it live at Paisley Park in September of '95, and it rocked! Too bad he screwed up on one of the verses, though. NCC2012... your local Trekkie. =/\=

One of my all-time favorites by The Kid Thanks for the laughs, arguments and overall enjoyment for the last umpteen years. It's time for me to retire from Prince.org and engage in the real world...lol. Above all, I appreciated the talent Prince. You were one of a kind.
