i have noticed that during official shows and
on albums prince is playing diffrent kind of guitar solos,
more commercial mostly pentatonic playing
during official shows,but on the aftershows his guitar playing is much superior.
with the exception of the one nite alone tour.
there his guitar is wild and loose.
i've noticed this today while i was ,watching
livesexy dortmund video,his playing there is nothing compared with what he did on small club aftershow.

commercial guitar solo is easy listening guitar solo,with no experimentation.
solos that u hear in pop music.
