"The Love Below" would be his thang. In fact, if he were still around today, he'd have played on the album and Outkast would have appeared on his latest album.

I think he'd put "SNOOZE" on to well, you know, SNORE through. The album's a better sleeper than smack or hot milk.

Mr Davis would adore Speakerboxxx.

Above the others. Unlike Mr Nelson, Mr Davis always moved FORWARD.

Well, if he always moved forward, then he'd actually love "The Love Below" most...

Miles was really hip, but very competitive. Like Prince he would only really give props to the new schoolers if they acknowledged him. So if outkast gave Miles props, it would be all good. I think Miles & Prince would have done alot together. He was the best possible influence for Prince. He needs to be surrounded by "artists" not "R&B Legends".

Nothing he did in the 1980s moved forward.

I love Larry, I just don't think he has anything artistically to add to Prince's music. PLus, u know that JW stuff is gross (personal opinion).

I think "North" is the least creative, insomnia curing track on NEWS. My ears seem to only perk up toward the end during Renato's piano break. But for the most part it stays on the smooth jazz route. Only an artist as peculiar as Prince could go from something like that, to something much more complex and avant garde-ish within the same album like Prince does on NEWS. It's like he's 2 or 3 different people.

However, this is not to say that I know for a fact that Miles would not have liked it. Because Miles certainly had his dull periods too. Everything he created was not inspired, but more than enough of it was.
