It's the greatest FUNK Prince has ever done.

My favourite track got to be "COOL"

I've read once that Morris has written "Party Up".
Prince loved that song so much ... he traded the songs on the first album of The Time for Party Up.

I can't understand all the fuss about JJ, the Family and Madhouse ... That are some nice albums (the Family is great), but The Time is so much better

Exactly.To me,their music was never the same after 'What Time Is It'.The two subsequent albums were okay,but something was missing.'What Time Is It' is one of the classic funk albums of the 80s.
