I cut the album almost right down the middle, making it a great double album. Why doesn't Prince take these mushy tracks and re-work them for Mani. They kinda suck as they are (probably because of the inspiration behind them) I know some of them aren't about Mayte at all, but tracks like Mr. Happy and Face Down aren't that strong anyways.

Well, for what it's worth, the track that has to go (in my opinion) is "We Gets Up"!
Disc 2 has always been my favorite 'Emancipation' disc. Yup. Definitely love the mushy stuff from 'Emancipation'.

No, really. He is famous for his cheating ways. He treated Susannah like shit according to Wendy & Lisa, and he treated Mayte like shit during her pregnancy as related by the nannies (whom I believe told The Truth). He wrote Had U about their wedding night and allegedly had an affair with someone else just a few months after their marriage - no wonder if she turned elsewhere for love. Hearing Wasted Kisses must have scared the poor girl silly.

How the hell does that fit mayte? She got with/married prince straight out of high school, divorced, then got with tommy lee.
Now granted, tommy has a history of abusive behavior, but what does that have to do with her being a whore?
Usually I don't make a big fuss over things, but watch what you say. Know what a word means before you actually use it.
And if you want to stoop low enough to get involved with one's personal affairs & name call, start with prince, who I'm sure if were a female would be called a slut, 'cause his (past) actions certainly do fit the definition of that word.
