whilst answering a thread the other day it dawned on me that my girlfriend and i were possibly the only 2 peeps who actually saw prince ona.

THIS IS NOT A WIND UP IT'S VERY VERY TRUE !

last year my girlfriend roisin and i got out of our taxi at the hammersmith apollo sat 5th oct we were late ! so no q to wait in. we picked up our laminate and joined the q inside the apollo, of fans waiting for seating ,we could hear prince playing and thought we were going to miss the soundcheck ! i needed to go to the loo ! i was pointed to the upper tier, and duly did my business ! i could hear prince playing purple rain i snuck up the stairs and low and behold the bold prince is playing guitar sitting on the edge of the stage (alone) i couldnt believe my eyes (prince one night alone live !) i rushed downstairs told roisin to ask for the loo, she did the same as myself, she said she was terrified prince would look up see her and she'd get put out !!! she couldnt believe her eyes !!!

so my fellow orgers were we the only peeps who saw prince ONE NIGHT ALONE !
