No one did that opening night while I saw it. But...being put through gazillions of film classes, the screen play and plot was weak, as said before, and trite. So very cliche. It was not finished. The setting was sooo warner bros soundstage studios... But...I like it for sentimental reasons, ans sentimental only.

No one did that where I saw it either.

There was no one there to walk out if they wanted to.

I am serious. There were 6 people in there tops, and 2 were too busy making out to leave. No. that wasn't me.

I think Graffiti Bridge is a cool film. I like Morris Day & Jerome in it the best. But Purple Rain is way superior to this film but I still like it anyway. Do people actually get the 'message' of the film, I think I do but I'm not sure.

Also, I think 'Glitter' was Ok, '8 Mile' is ok 2 but reminds me of Purple Rain alot.

I LIKED GRAFFITI BRIDGE - VERY MUCH ! ! ! and Tick Tick Bang was one of my favorite pieces - I liked his dancing and freedom of expression . . .

lovebizzare

graffiti bridge is like one big, cloudy, drawn-out, long-ass, confusing, amibiguous as hell, annoying music video/art project gone horribly wrong

The only time I've ever wanted to cry for anything prince related was after seeing this movie

It was a Princely fairytale with a spirtually positive message.
I can't understand how people have watched it and say they don't get it.
Martika got it!

i watched it the other week while i was smoking a blunt i kind of enjoyed it! i was like, falloff at Morris and Jerome. There are a few great scenes in it.

Tick, tick Bang is still highly embarrasing though.

blunt edit.

OK, well I loved it, perhaps simply because it was SO BAD. I can appreciate it for its sentimental value. And hey, the music is brilliant, even if the plot is held together with bent safety pins.
