He looks great because he looks like a man and his wearing a suit. I do not think he should go back to the girly look of the 80's

I totally dig this look minus the pout. He is wrapping his talent in class for the first time in his career IMHO. I think though he should spice up that suit with a little color..don't want him to completely morf into Harry Connick Jr or Frank.
