Question: how far will people travel and how much are people willing to spend to see one or more of these Aussie concerts?

I'm from Melbourne but living in Singapore, and this is torturous. So what could I do? I just bought myself a ticket to the Hong Kong show on the 17th! Combined with the hotel, airfare and ticket price all up I'll be paying about 600 AUD for this concert... btw I got a ticket in the second row.

Somebody reassure me that I'm not crazy for doing this?!

with the price of transport and the probable price of tickets...

you australians would be mental not to go to every concert he plays there , (only 3 announced but more likely will be at least 6 or 7 before he gets out of there)

even if you spent a grand, thats only a weeks wages

and what the hell - its been 11 years and might be another 11 years till he gets back down there

dont be fools - ! spend your cash goddammit !@#^!@
Hard to believe I've been on the org for over 25 years now!

That's what I want to hear! My conscience is having trouble stomaching all this money. But heh, this is one concert after an eleven year wait. Why not, right?

Has the NPGMC mentioned anything about priority seating, soundchecks and aftershows? Are we just assuming that things will be the same as before? Does the club give these as benefits in 2003?

For the Hong Kong show I got myself a second row seat right in the centre, without anything to do with the club (which I am a member of). For the record, after a full day of sales, second and third row seats are still available - hint hint.
