Why say Xcerpt from the 4thcoming unless that's the name?

Lots of singles say "from the forthcoming album, "such and such". I wouldn't read too much into it.

Are we supposed to believe that this quote comes from an album? If so, what a weird thing to say in a song... Is this going to be another TRC with more preaching or something? (Not that another TRC would be a bad thing...)

I think they're rambling about an upcoming tour. Read the fortune cookie babble over there again and think about it.
