Ive been putting joining the club off for as long as possible. Is now the right time to do it with all this talk about a world tour and the prospect of good seats?

I haven't seen anything about a world tour. I have seen dates for Australia and Hong Kong.

Last year was the year to join ... I'm still not sure about this one. My advice - leave it a while and see whether he's going to tour next year.

Thanks for the advise, but I thought the news post said a world tour was starting in Australia, and maybe ending up in England around June to coincide with Glasto gig? I really don't want to miss the music club's allocation of tickets for any English show.

I don't see them touring the States until 2004- which will be time for everyone to renew(join).

But if you're planning to attend a concert, the NPGMC is the ONLY way to purchase tickets!

Umm How many of his tours have been billed as WORLD TOURS yet only made it to like 4 countries ...


It's almost as bad as the Americnas who have WORLD CHAMPIONSHIPS with America as the only country invited to compete

Seriously, if you're interested joining primarily because of a tour, the smart thing would be to wait until there's an official announcement that it's coming your way. Even then you might give it some time to make sure they don't reschedule.

Last time I joined when he announced the tour to the UK, which was plenty of time to join in the pre-sales. It'd be crazy and unfair to announce the tour and go ahead with sales at the same time, and as they've announced the Oz/HK dates a month or so ahead I think you'll have plenty time.

All of u that join NPGMC only bcuz a tour is coming up and bcuz they can make a profit of it are real suckers!!!

Some1 should come and them ... lol

But 4 real, I cannot understand ppl that only join the Club bcuz of the tour, soundcheck, aftershow tix.

if p plays glasto next year, how will the tickets be distributed anyway ?

1. its a festival.
2. there will be lots of bands etc on the day.
3. the organisers aint gonna sell all the tiks to prince fans through princes npg club.
4. prince will be 1 of many artists to perform that day and organisers will sell the tickets as they always do.
5. ticket sales will have nothing to do with prince.
