Glam Slam lyrics... haven't listened to it for YEARS and I love the song, forgive me if some of it is not accurate but:

"come a butterfly straight on my skin".and."soda fizzin' on the lawn"..."flicka nipple" and all that! Can someone please explain?

I always equate it with dreamy sex and spunk (soda fizzin on the lawn) which I suppose sounds like a moderately accurate?

'Righteous' alludes to religious/spiritual, so maybe the song has a kind has a similar theme to 1+1+1=3 in as much that Prince believes (or puts into his music) that God is a part of a loving relationship.

As a side note, most (if not all?) of the songs on Purple Rain have a vaguely spiritual theme.
