Your Love Is So Hard (1987) I found this track called "Your Love Is So Hard (1987)". It's a cool, uptempo, funky track. Can anyone give me some more information on this song??? RIP Prince: thank U 4 a funky Time...

I'm pretty sure it was actually recorded in 1989 not 1987
(listen to the drum sound). Other than that there's not a lot of info on this track. It never appeared on any unreleased albums, or early configurations of released albums. Just a fun track Prince recorded but never used.

"Dateline...Nineteen-eighty-nine" Yeah, I heard that too! I already thought that was strange, because in the song's title it says 1987. And Boris, I guess you are right, the drum sound is more like Batman era just like all the weird sound FX. RIP Prince: thank U 4 a funky Time...

It was recorded in 1989, but it was never a Batman outtake.
