In the UK back in the day there was a rapper called Derek B. I can't remember the name of the tune but he sampled the 'Oh yeah' bit from the start of SOTT. So it went 'Oh yeah' (Prince) 'Derek B is a bad young brother'
Absolutely terrible!! lol
Also there's MC Hammer the less said about which the better!

There are loads.

If you undertake a search at the Library of Congress or the British Library, they list many songs by other (usually rap) artists giving credit to samples used from Prince compositions.

"Tennesse" (Alphabet St.)Arrested Developement, 1992.
"Skinny Mutha Fucka" (Bob George) Kwame 1990
"For the lover" (Pop Life) Big Daddy Kane 1990

And I still think that song by Britney Spears sampled "Nasty Girls"

777-9311 is used on 2pac's 'What's ya phone number'

Darling Nicki is breiefly used at the end of another 2Pac song on 'All Eyez on Me' (Can't remember the song title)

There was gonna be a Notorious BIG tune which sampled 'Kiss', but Prince wouldn't give Puff Daddy the clearance
