THE TIME CONCERT IN THE DETROIT AREA

Hey, what happened at the Time show in Metr-Detroit.

I haven't heard anything about it and it was a week and a half ago???

Anyone...was it funky for free???

Wasn't this at "Arts Beats and Eats"?? I was playing down at the Jazz Festival in Hart Plaza, so I didn't go--although now that I think of it, I can't remember what day the Time played. . .

Hiya Sansker7! wave

A friend of mine went to the show...it's funny, cause he went to the show after my recommendations. He's not a huge fan, but, thought, WHAT THE HELL, IT'S FREE!

I ended up not going because it fell on my FANTASY FOOTBALL draft day (read: drinking, lots of it) and i did'nt want to drive to the show in that condition.

He told me he had a great time...he was glad to see them
call up folks from the audience. (i think i've got him hooked !) LOL
Thanks for the laughs, arguments and overall enjoyment for the last umpteen years. It's time for me to retire from Prince.org and engage in the real world...lol. Above all, I appreciated the talent Prince. You were one of a kind.

I just wanted to hear from someone that went, and if they played anything different. I love the time and think they are as funky now a they were 20 years ago. nuts
