The reason international shipping and ordering takes so long is not so much the postal service but the delay in musictoday sending it.
I ordered 1.5 weeks ago and only now they have sent the order. Surely if that was more efficient then there wouldnt be all these complaints.
Perhaps the NPGMC should open a distribution centre in the EU as well as many of the people who order are not American and have to pay hefty import taxes which would be avoided with a local distributor. It may be costly but more efficient distribution would encourage sales and confidence I think.
