p.s. thanks for bumping the blah blah blah satire thread. nod good job nod it was almost off of page one wink

I wish I could say it was for you. The more page views this receives the stronger the legal case for damages.
gasp! *shiver me timbers*... i'll ask the org staff to remove this thread, along with:i'd hate for the combined total of approximately 8000 viewings cause Prince to actually come after me. that the 8000 viewings would turn into 10-20 times that, where people would be laughing more about that then the previous lawsuit.

"Prince sues admirer for making fun of him."

hey... you just gave me an idea for a new parody. thanks smile

your honor, Prince would like to call his first witness, "PurpleSheep" (formerly known as "KoolAid"). "PurpleSheep" had to change his name because after seeing the lawsuit Prince filed, Kraft filed a seperate lawsuit against "KoolAid" for using the name of their product in his username to support an artist who isn't even supported financially by people such as "PurpleSheep"... basically "PurpleSheep" are those that talk smack, but don't support their so-called favorite artist... they download all of Prince's songs, and talk about how great he is all the live long day, but never support him financially. they hide behind usernames such as "KoolAid" and "PurpleSheep" because they are ignorant to the concept of criticism. they have never heard of the right to free speech... etc... etc... oh wait. i'm sorry you're honor. maybe "PurpleSheep" here isn't the best witness.

(courtroom erupts in laughter)

you're funny. assuming 8000 page views would be enough to merit a lawsuit against one admirer... when more than half of what is said on this website (and in the press) about your favorite artist is negative... has been for years now...

at least i continue to financially support him... with the hope that he will eventually stop going through the motions...

prince: "how can i spend the least amount of money on producing a dvd, and still be #1 at the bank? no, i can't ask kevin smith to volunteer his time... can't we just use that video that i was going to put up on the npgmc site and charge the fanatics $100 for?"

sam jennings: "well, no. see... that video was made to be viewed at 400x300" pixels. if you blow it up to be viewed on tv, it's going to look like shit."

prince: "that's okay, i have LaMont and KoolAid here to get my back. they'll make others see that i am never wrong and i have never once made a bad career decision."

sam jennings: "okay, but could you please not put my name in the credits? i don't want to be known for this."

prince: "no way, you're going to be the fall guy. you've been creating crap for the past 6 years. it's time someone paid for all of the complaints about how lame the npgmc website is."

sam jennings: "but you never paid me anything for that, is that really fair?"

prince: "no, it probably isn't fair, but just ask all of the people in this true story. fair? you're funny!"

lol What is funny is the nerve I apparently struck to drive you to another lengthy, unfunny story. But you are welcome. I am always happy to be able to put unemployed people to work.

lol Right. Must have plenty of time to put this effort in. Still, it was quite amusing.
