is prince really a bald motherf**ker in the house ? hold onto your wig!

i saw prince twice last year london and manchester i was in row 8 london and row 12 manchester. both gigs had aftershows he didnt show at the manchester aftershow, but he did perform in londons marquee club for just over an hour and i was front row, 2 feet away, very close , i'd like to say ive been front row at prince gigs many times but this time was different i am absolutely positive that he should change his name again to

the artist who used to have a hairry napper !!!

he was wearing a wig !, no doubt about it .

who else noticed ?

and before you all jump to his defence i am not having a go at prince just pointing out the obvious , i am serious he was wearing a wig !

his dad is bald prince will be 50 soon so come on motherf**kers who else noticed ?

i don't doubt you. he's been putting relaxers in his hair for 20+ years and over time your bound to go bald, that stuff could unclogg a sink. MJ has succomed to wig wearing after putting that mess in his hair too.
Maybe Prince should try an afro lol that'd be well...different. lol

Hmm I'm sceptical. His hair might be thinning out a bit, his hairline looks a bit higher etc... but why would anyone get a wig that makes him look a bit thin on top? confuse

Prince would look cool as a baldy anyway... As a baldy myself, I always felt wig-wearers are a bit sad. Right up there with comb-over guys mr.green Go bald with dignity dammit!

Imagine... a bald Prince, with no makeup... next thing you know he'll be like a normal human being! omg

The gene for male pattern baldness is inherited form the mother so it doesn't matter if Prince's father is bald or not. However, if Prince's maternal uncles are bald then Prince may soon join them. As far as relawers causing baldness, that happens if you don't wait long enough between relaxers. Most people only wait 6-8 weeks and after a while that does take its toll. In actuality you are suppose to wait 3-4 months between relaxers and then, every so often, take a 6-7 month break. This keeps you from truly damaging your hair. Of course, the problem with this is that you end up with two textured hair, you know, the roots are in Africa but the end are in Europe.

boxed okay, I'm done talking about hair...just thought I'd share.

Actually, research over recent years has proven that the gene for male pattern baldness can be inherited from either the mother or from the father. The old myth about the gene being inherited only from the mother is not true.

So yes, it is a relevent factor that Prince's father was bald.

actually you should never wait 3-4 months for a relaxer cause those two textures together for that long period of time will make your hair fall out.(trust me, i know...it's not a fun experience). the only way to not damage it is to not put one in the first place!!!.. relaxers cause baldness regardless of how you put them in ive never seen a long time wearer with totally healthy hair..

But anywho, after seeing that pic, i'd rather he wear a wig! lol if i saw something like that coming towards me, i'd go the other way lol

That's never happened to me and I've been relaxing for quite some time. Perhaps it depends on your hair's original texture.

Maybe he's wearing wigs to protect his natural hair from damage, like heat damage from stage lights and the sun. Cher wears wigs to protect her hair and sporting wigs has been for years. Lots of celebrities wear wigs to protect their natural hair. They are always seen with new hairstyles and all that blow-drying and curling-iron use can really damage hair. Shoot, I'd wear wigs too!

You will not lose your hair from using a relaxer if you have your hair done by a professional.

I don't see Prince putting on a wig. I could see him getting a hair transplant or plugs.
