I just heard this song 2day 4 the 1st time(Thanx 2 Mr.PG ) lemme 1st say that I love this song, it shows clearly how strong religion man Prince is, and I respect the point he wanted 2 cross.

LOL the thang is, when I heard this song at 1st, I felt a lil' spooky but NOT scared. Gave it another listen and its not scary AT ALL.

i don't think i "ever" listen'd 2 this this song all the way thru. it just go 2 show u that i may not agree with everything P does but i do love "The Ride"...

Probably because of all the sound effects that sound like weeping, ghosts and just the overall sound.

it's just creepie overall.

This has never been one of my favorite outtakes, maybe simply because I've never heard a very good quality version of it. Honestly, I think it's more because all the sound effects and "spookyness" feel more contrived than some of his other tracks that have genuinely given me goosebumps. I think it's an interesting song, but I can take it or leave it.

Very prolific written, it sounds somewhat personal maybe thats the reason why P didn't release it(I think) folks may misunderstand his approach.

That synth line in the beginning makes me think of the movie "Psycho".

Erm... How did bobby's uncle manage to wrap HIS NECK around some string? I could easily see how he could wrap STRING around his NECK but the other way around? He musta had some big old rubber neck!
