I know there has been whispers of Prince selling Paisley Park and leaving MPLS for awhile now? Anyone know anything about this???

Rumors of his selling Paisley Park seem to crop up on a overly regular basis going all the way back to the late 80s.

As for him leaving Minneapolis what difference does it make anymore?

(here's where i get flamed) Paisley Park, god love it, emotionally is priceless, but on paper is worth shit. the equipment is not cutting edge, the film / visual services are worse than an art college can offer. it's just not worth the land it sit on.

Being that Prince has moved how often I wonder how much he goes back to record. I assume he 'll have access to record where ever he's at. I have to say it's hard to think of Paisley being sold , wish I could buy it or even record there.
