I guess that we all agree that Prince is (or was) a great. musician. However, Undoubtly his clothing is more controversial. What do you consider his worst and best outfit?
For me his most dreatful outfit ever was the raincoat and the string he wore in the Dirty mind days. Closely followed by the blue Rave unto the joy fantastic outfit.
However, I consider the suit he wore in the cream video very as very stylish.

What do you think?

I strongly dislike his yellow outfit, can't set a date or tour on it though - it's a yellow jakcet and pants, very ugly yellow with funny black thingies on the sleeves and sides...V nasty!
The blue Rave outfit is fantastic, I love it!
Hmm.. I can't even the decide the best outfit, I think they all were great! Though I like the Cloud-outfit a lot, it's so fresh and "alive"
Also the Purple Rain coat, it's cool...

I quite liked the shaggy coats and ponytails from the New Power Soul 'era' and the hippy sign o the times look. The Diamonds and Pearls suits were just a bit too straight for my liking!

The worst outfit, without question:

On the Gangster Glam video, Prince wore swimming trunks, with suspenders, and a bandanna thing on his head, and sunglasses. Also his hair was the biggest ever. It wasn't cool, or big, or clever. You hear me Prince!?

The Red suit from the Scndalous Sex Suite, or anything red looks great on him.

The worst outfit... a trench coat,bikini briefs and leg warmers

I like the outfits that ... loved him 2.
I never thought that he had to undress to be seen.
I allways thought he just had 2 b .. in a room... and his... clothes wished they could b seen like he was standing... I guess...the point is...
He never had to say anything to have his spirit seen. The clothes...well they were honored by just being chosen to be on him.

WORST: That green shirt thingy with the fringes & all those buttons on it from the Dirty Mind era.

I like the way the brotha is dressing now...A more mature look...just as the music is maturing...

Prince's fashion has improved as the years went on. Once he learned some fashion sense it improved every year. From Parade to N.E.W.S. I love his fashions, his style. It's just so Prince.
