On the Rosco P Coldchain track "Hot"... around 1:40,the lyric goes somethin like:

"they tryin' 2 stay sucka free
thats why they hang around me
cuz i ain't Prince
let's go 4 diamonds & pearls
i got no bitch"

The cd is,of course, a bit uneven,but I like it.I have liked the neptunes' work for a few years now.Although,they may need to start slowing down a bit.They are spreading themselves mighty thin.And "frontin" has some likeable qualities to it,but it is very weak.There is no way Prince should have recorded that.They are just doing what he used to do with "when doves cry" and "kiss".The simplistic approach with spare production.

Another of their songs<"grinding" reminded me of "big tall wall".

Also,I listen to the instrumental version of "super thug" when I'm running and it gets real hard and I want to quit.It hurts so bad ,but that big drum picks me back up and I realize that if I want to be a big dog I have to pay the price.

i am really let down by the album.
even tho,taking in2 acount that it is a heap of mixed artists per4ming & the neptunes simply producing...

i think i wasted $23au on it,which is a shame.

Frontin (minus JayZ's rap) ... Light Ya A$$ On Fire... & Good Girl ...r the only songs that have caught me so far.
Nelly's track is also really good.
