has Prince heard of this record? gotta wonder if P is a golden earring fan, or if he just liked their idea of calling an album N.E.W.S. so much he decided to use it himself:

OMG, he was inspired by Phillis Diller. Now that is strange! There is actually a hip-hop complition of rappers (I think) titled "N.E.W.S" with the same idea. So I guess it wasn't as cleaver and original an idea as I first thought it. | |
