can't get N.E.W.S. to play on PC. please help. i can't play the new cd on my pc. can other people? or is it some weird anti-piracy thing?
if you can run it, please tell me what program you use to do it. we the unwilling, led by the unknowing, are doing the impossible for the ungrateful. we have done so much, for so long, with so little, we are now qualified, to do anything, with nothing. | |

It should just run off your normal media player. The message that comes up and looks like a white blob...either control/alt/delete and shut that program down or alt/shift to allow you access media player...or hit start button and select media player.
Either way, it should play...I can manage it and I've only just worked out what emoticons are. | |

mmm yeah. got it working. downloaded the biggest latest version of winamp and told it to take over cd association or whatever.

On any CD, hold the Shift key down as you close the tray and the CD won't auto-play or run any bundled software data which may also be on an audio CD. | |
