At long last, I now have my two holy grails... ...and i got both of 'em within this month!!! thanx to two extremely gracious and wonderful orgers, i now have a couple of items in my prince stash that i thought i would never get my hands on ev-er:
 the "sexy dancer" 12-inch single, which is like the first 45 i've ever bought with my own money and have had in a looong time (haven't had any 45s of my own since the age of 6 or so  )...
a copy of the black album!!! the last time i heard it in full is when i checked out a copy from the library when i wuz about 16. i totally had forgotten how much i dug this album!!!  FunkMistress, my report on the album will be typed up pretty soon here, just gotta get reunited with all the tracks a few more times. just thought i'd share my joy with the rest of ya'll here...weee!!!
