To answer your question.
The guitar playing is similar to masturbation of course in the way he used to rub his hands up and down the guitar during the 1980-1984 era. You had the occasions when he would literally make his guitar "Cum" over the audience and he would have a big grin over his face. For those of you worried, this was of course only water (I hope)!
