So? Is there a point to this?
Besides - how many albums has P put out? Too many to count. How many has MJ? 5, plus HIStory and Blood on the Dancefloor which don't really count. If you like waiting 5 years between releases there's bound to be some expectations built up helping sales. Plus all those expensive vids (funded by Pepsi). P could have been just as "successful" in financial terms, if he wanted to. But he just got on with writing / producing / performing songs, and touring. | |
