WOOO HOOO! Prince comes to Nashville on the "Ham" of the Year Tour!! I finally see my long time hero in concert for the first time! My mom wouldn't let me go to any Prince concert (in town, back in the day, or anytime he came to surrounding areas) because she thought he was a pervert. What ever gave her THAT idea?

Anyway, the concert was cool, even though it costed me over $100!! I left my ticket at home and had to buy another one. I had no idea of course the concert would start 2 AND A HALF HOURS LATE!! I had time to go back home and get my ticket, that little whore!

It was also on this day that P and Larry Graham would hook up at P's afterparty at the Mix Factory. LG was also doing a concert this day with Earth, Wind and Fire. The rest, as they say, is history.

The local newspaper review starts: "How many artists can use the "MF" phrase and make it sound like the sweetest sweet-nothing a guy ever used to seduce a woman? Only one artist, really--the Artist Formerly Known as Prince..."

Awww. Sounds like u had fun though, that's cool.
U should think yourself lucky - I went 2 a Bootsy gig in london once and he hadnt even flown in2 london yet we were informed!
