yeah i know but it's like prince has spoiled us for so long now (he certainly has). he released three albums -One Nite Alone piano cd, Xpectation and n.e.w.s. and then he toured a fantastic show, released a 3 cd live album and now he's giving us a dvd. all that in 18 months.
what the hell do we have to complain about?

any other artist and i mean all of them would never do that.
be thankful. unfortunately we expect too much of Prince. let the guy do what he has to.

Milty, I agree...Prince is very generous to his fans. Yeah, sometimes we don't always know where he is coming from, but he is only human. Although I wonder how any one person can be so incredibly talented as he. Maybe he isn't of the human race afterall. Until I am able to achieve just half of what Prince has...I ain't complaining. He has and always will be an inspiration to me.

1. People who don't like NEWS or the new DVD are still capable of enjoying Prince's other music. Ditching their CDs is not a requirement. I didn't realise being a Prince fan required an "all or nothing" level of commitment...

2. People who don't like NEWS or the new DVD may still want to visit a Prince-related fansite to either (a) discuss the older music that they DO like and (b) discuss the newer music that they don't like. Both opinions are welcome here.
