cool thing about the dvd

is the 70's style (if only it was on film) tiny intro where prince holds the camera and goes to the venue.

I say 70's style 'cause with that retro mysterious keyboard and hand held camera, it seems like something from the first Dirty Harry movie... (which has a kick ass score by Lalo Schifrin)

Rainbow Children was a definite nod to 70's soundtrack music like Hair and Lalo Schifrin... just look at the artwork!

The artwork on the Rainbow children reminds me of an old Marvin Gaye album cover.

The album cover of Marvin Gaye's I WANT YOU album was painted by Ernie Barnes, a well-respected Black American Artist. Yes, he also painted all of JJ's art on GOOD TIMES.
