Hope it's better than the overrated "Songs in A Minor." Alicia can play and all, but her singing does nothing for me.

I don't see much reason not to believe this. I think it's probably true.
Rainbow Soul, eh? I wonder if he wrote it alone, or with her? Hopefully he had some part in the writing.

To Whom It May Concern [quote] Hmmm, maybe this is a cover of the classic -advertisement b-side, 2 Whom It May Concern - complete with lines about Tommy Barbarella likes it in the dark...

Its about time it was bound to happen. With her being at one of the Celebrations and then her wearing that Prince shirt on the BET awards. He loves artist who play their own music. Very Cool. Can't wait to hear it and see if she has a new look.

Cool. Does that mean his contribution will once again be
a 14 second piece of coda tagged on at the end? Perhaps this time it's "ft Prince, tapping his foot and humming the main melodic line". For 6 or 7 seconds. and true love lives on lollipops and crisps

I don't believe this rumor, but if its true then COOL!
Hell, baby needs some pepa on that salty music. And I agree about her being a louzy vocalist, I remember Rick James dissing her last year saying "I got a teenage girl back in Buffalo who could chew that chic and spit her ass out" Alicia is good people, but this whole "Ghetto" act she's throwing at people's face is just ugly and plain fake. Clive is doing his best to build this charisma of "Roberta Flack meet Mary J Blige". Mary J isn't impressed tho
