I recieved some info...from the new indie magazine 'The Promoter'... Former Pop Icon turned Indie Music Superstar 'PRINCE' Is set to Tour this fall, which promises new music from the artist we formerly know as mainstream.

The Universal Music Group allows 'PRINCE' his full publishing rights and a very lucrative deal, which gives 'The Artist' 100% artistic control and the complete ownership of his art.

Prince will be testing new material from an upcoming album, still yet to be titled, the new record, stems from a new deal he signed with the group.
While the Tour will be the focus for New Material from his Upcoming, and NPG releases: 'Xpectations', 'N.E.W.S' and the lesser known Prince Gems from his back catalogue.

Prince will revive the Spectacle of Live Show, with his band; The New Power Generation and special guest(s)
this fall.

If any of this is true...I'm definitely looking forward to a new album with vocals and a live Prince Tour once again, I can never get enough of PRINCE!

Can't waite to see the LIVE DVD!at the special screening on monday, and definitely looking forward to the revolution reunion in december, could this possibly one of Prince's stops!?
By the way, The Promoter is some new indie mag, that I found at the local store here in Michigan, its all about indie artist and bands...from the local to nationwide acts...and its all about Indie music scene, very neat blurb on Prince, so I'm thinking that this may be true after noticing that Milenia will be joining him this fall for a tour!!!

There is a thread about this in the NPGMC forums and PP9 responded with a comment along the lines of how people shouldn't spend time on rumors, and that when/if there is legitimate news to be known regarding Prince & touring it will be announced through the Club.

it would not surprise me if he is just trying to keep it all on the dl right now hence the response from pp9. but, in the end, it probably is just talk.

Why is Prince touring so far fetched? Makes sense to me and we all know he love to play live!!! Didn't Candy Dulfer mention something about a fall Prince tour. Let's hope it's true.

Who cares...if he tours or not, I thought I'd pass the info I got from the magazine...

If its a lie or rumor or something some shyt reporter made up because he had nothing else better to do, its still news...and npgmc has never been on time w/ reports for album releases and tour dates...all the info I've gotten was from the org or some news wire.

If he tours I'll be there, but I'm sure Milenia and Candy Dulfer don't just sit around and make this stuff up!
