If Anxiety is quoting the actual lyrics from the song you downloaded, that's Minnie Ripperton singing it. She passed away from Cancer in the 80s. The song is about her daughter who is that actress on SNL .I forgot her name at the moment but she's famous for protraying Donatella Versace.

nonononononono. this song is not even close to that which you're referring to. the artists is listed as prince and it says its a very rare outtake. sample lyric:

it says its off of a record called 'studio nights'.
