CJ Cynthia/Cheryl Johnston (her name is hazy, she doesn't figure much in my mind) is a coloumist for the Minneapolis Tribune (?) who calls P Symbolina and says he looks and acts like a spoilt bitch. BJB was written specifically with her in mind, but is also a diss at all journalists who twist celebrites actions into negative slurs due to deep-rooted self-loathing and jealousy issues.
