I see your point though, Sheila and Larry, like Maceo and Candy now, already established in their own right cannot be considered just "band members". Dez is my favorite because of his look,that bandanna w/japanese symbol,his rock attitude,how he commanded the stage,on the 1999 tour,while P would be offstage,how he could write his own tunes and add to ones P wrote.Prince,of course,went very far,but I think those two,together,could have done great rock things for a long time.Dez was like a bandleader on the 1999 tour while Prince would be doing whatever.Dez was the man.
